Refund policy

Because each of our products is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review the full policy below:

Damages and Issues
We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at love@alwaysfrommom.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you to make it right—either through a free replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

No Returns or Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes personalized or message card items that were created specifically for your order.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Orders with incorrect personalization submitted by the customer

Please double-check all details (including names, messages, and spelling) before placing your order.

Remakes and Store Credit
In rare cases where a remake is necessary due to a production error, we'll happily send a replacement at no cost. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances and may be processed as store credit at our discretion.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, this does not apply to personalized items. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
